■ Golf Courses
■ Bridges
■ Road Improvements
■ Sports Fields
■ NAOS perimeter staking

■ As-Built Certification
BOUNDARY SURVEY
A boundary survey transfers property lines from a map or grants deed to the actual ground where you can see them. These are called “title lines” or in more simple terms what you really own. You need to know and see these lines so you can determine where to build and/or protect your property rights by viewing lines of occupation and possible encroachments.
A Boundary Survey should be performed before purchasing real estate to protect your investment, or before making any kind of improvements to your property by adding additions to your property, pools, fencing, extensive landscaping, etc.
TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYS
A Topographical Survey is often requested by an engineer and architect who need to know information about the overall current existing conditions about the site grade and elevations. A Boundary Survey together with a Topographical Survey may be used to determine the placement of an architect’s building site plan or a civil engineer’s design of site improvements. Most contractors use Topographic surveys to estimate the volume of dirt quantities to be moved, or for many other construction and development purposes.
MINOR LAND DIVISION
A Minor Land Division is a mapping process to divide land based on local jurisdiction requirements. The purpose of a Minor Land Division (MLD) is to allow for the division of land into two or three tracts or parcels when a plat is not necessary.
ALTA SURVEY
An Alta Survey is a certified comprehensive and detailed survey that is prepared to satisfy a lender requirement for Land Title Insurance mapping all features on the subject property and depicting any affecting declarations within the subject property through issuance of a Title Report.
This type of survey is usually requested by Law Firms, Real Estate Industry, Banks, Lenders, Brokers or Title Companies in assisting purchases, sales, or financing transactions.
AERIAL MAPPING
A photogrammetric mapping survey is done via means of an unmanned vehicles, also known as a drone or highly sophisticated airplanes that collect imagery to determine elevations of the lay of the land to assist in the preparing a topographic survey. This method is usually done over rugged terrain or large parcels of land.
MINING SURVEY
Mining surveying includes directing the digging of mine shafts and galleries and the calculation of the volume of rock. It uses specialized techniques due to the restraints to survey geometry such as vertical shafts and narrow passages.
AS-BUILT SURVEY
As-built survey: a survey carried out during or immediately after a construction project for record, completion evaluation and payment purposes. An as-built survey is also known as a 'works as executed survey' and documents the location of the recently constructed elements that are subject to completion evaluation. As-built surveys are often presented in red or redline and overlaid over existing design plans for direct comparison with design information.
